Lively area with lots of shopping, choices of restaurants ($$, $$$), flea markets, and local attractions. Beach access across from hotel. Hotel offers free breakfast daily which can be enjoyed onsite or front porch with views of the ocean. Also have a bar in the lobby offering sandwiches, drinks, etc. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Hotel has six floors decorated in an art deco style. Colorful and bright with a slightly old world feel. It works! To sum it all up, we enjoyed our stay.

I thought that the location was excellent. The hotel is just across the road from the Promenade Des Anglais and within easy walking distance of Nice Old Town. It was lovely to be able to walk across the road and sit on a bench on the Promenade and watch the World go by or to go for a walk along the Promenade or walk to the Old Town.

Breakfast had a variety of choices. We had the breakfast on our first day and the last day of our stay. The first day was disappointing since the hot foods were picked out around 9am so we wished we had more choice. On the last day we were in the dining room at 7am And it was plenty to eat.
